Wat ons onderscheidt, is onze betrokkenheid en korte communicatielijnen. In 2023 hebben we onze Bedoeling en Koers 2030 vastgesteld. We kiezen ervoor mensen te ondersteunen vanuit onze deskundigheid, zodat zij hun leven op hun eigen manier kunnen vormgeven en geluksmomenten blijven ervaren. Dit kan zowel in een verpleeghuis als kleinschalig op één van onze woonzorgvleugels. Bij De Zellingen bieden we deze zorg op vijf locaties in Capelle aan den IJssel, Nieuwerkerk aan den IJssel en Krimpen aan den IJssel. Binnen het domein Wonen met Zorg werken ongeveer 400 medewerkers die dagelijks zorg en begeleiding bieden aan cliënten met psychogeriatrische (PG) en somatische zorgbehoeften. Wat bieden wij jou? Wij bieden banen op basis van een regie-overeenkomst. Hierbij kun je zelf bepalen op welke momenten van de dag en in welke periode je wilt werken.
