Voor de flexpool van locatie Nicolaas in Lutjebroek zijn we op zoek naar een Helpende (Plus). Jij geeft aan hoeveel uur je beschikbaar bent en samen kijken we naar een invulling die past bij jouw leven. Zo leuk kan zorg zijn Bij Omring sta je er nooit alleen voor. Je komt terecht in een team dat voelt als een familie, waar collega's voor elkaar klaarstaan en samen oplossingen vinden. Van je leidinggevende tot de directie: iedereen is betrokken bij jouw ontwikkeling en werkgeluk. Dat merk je door minder administratieve rompslomp, roosters die beter aansluiten op jouw leven en oprechte aandacht voor jou als medewerker. Jouw baan doet ertoe: Helpende Plus Zonder jou kan iemand niet douchen of uit bed. Geen steunkousen, persoonlijke verzorging of juiste medicatie. Jij draagt bij aan de zelfstandigheid en zelfredzaamheid van de bewoners. Niet alleen door de zorghandelingen die je doet, zeker ook met een kletspraatje en luisterend oor. Je voelt precies aan op welke manier je net dat beetje extra aandacht kunt geven, zodat je elke dag opnieuw voor jouw bewoners het verschil maakt. En je doet nog meer. Jij: - schrijft wat je doet op in het systeem, zodat je collega's en de familie (deels) kunnen teruglezen wat er is gebeurd. - overlegt met de verpleegkundige over het zorgplan van de bewoner. Bijvoorbeeld als het zelfstandig inbrengen van het gehoorapparaat of aankleden niet meer lukt. Werken in de flexpool Als Helpende Plus in de flexpool werk je op verschillende afdelingen binnen Nicolaas. Dat maakt je werk afwisselend en dynamisch. Je springt bij waar nodig en leert verschillende bewoners en teams kennen. Flexibiliteit is hierin belangrijk, maar daar staat tegenover dat jij zelf invloed hebt op je beschikbaarheid.
