Als Helpende (Plus) in ons Flexteam werk je op verschillende afdelingen binnen De Antonius Hof. Je ondersteunt bewoners in hun dagelijkse leven en zorgt ervoor dat zij zich gezien, gehoord en op hun gemak voelen. Wij zijn per direct op zoek naar een Helpende (Plus) voor ons Flexteam, uren in overleg. Ik krijg bij Vivium veel vertrouwen en vrijheid om mij verder te ontwikkelen. Ik ben echt blij met waar ik nu werk, ik zit hier prima. Vooral de persoonlijke aanpak past bij mij, als ik met een gebaar of een praatje iets voor iemand kan betekenen, dan is mijn dag geslaagd.'' ' Inge Blom Wat ga je doen? Als Helpende (Plus) van het Flexteam, De Antonius Hof, ben je altijd in de weer. Met praktische zaken zoals douchen en aankleden en als Helpende Plus verricht je aanvullende zorgtaken, zoals het toedienen van medicatie en het signaleren van veranderingen in de gezondheidssituatie. Je vindt het leuk om in verschillende diensten (dag en avond) te werken en geeft je voorkeuren aan in je rooster. Je kan snel schakelen en je ondersteunt het vaste zorgteam. Maar je observeert ook en je verdiept je in de bewoners en hun dementie. Hoe zorg je dat ze op hun gemak zijn? Meestal zit dat in de kleine dingen. Af en toe een aai over iemands' schouder, dat leuke oorbelletje indoen, of net even het juiste tv-programma opzetten. Samen met je zorg collega's van het vaste team ga je op zoek naar hoe je er een mooie dag/ avond voor de bewoner van kunt maken. Je durft op zoek te gaan naar de persoon achter de dementie.
