Wil jij meer grip op je rooster? Dan ben jij geschikt voor de afdeling Omring Flex! Omring Flex is de flexibele schil van Omring. Jij plant je eigen rooster op basis van je beschikbaarheid en je werkt op verschillende locaties en/of verschillende thuiszorgteams. Jij zorgt ervoor dat de zorgverlening steeds door kan blijven gaan door een aanvulling te zijn op het team. Jouw baan doet ertoe: helpende (plus) Zonder jou kan iemand niet douchen of uit bed. Geen steunkousen, persoonlijke verzorging of juiste medicatie. Jij draagt bij aan de zelfstandigheid en zelfredzaamheid van de bewoners. Niet alleen door de zorghandelingen die je doet, zeker ook met een kletspraatje en luisterend oor. Je voelt precies aan op welke manier je net dat beetje extra aandacht kunt geven, zodat je elke dag opnieuw voor jouw bewoners het verschil maakt. En je doet nog meer. Jij: - schrijft wat je doet op in het systeem, zodat je collega's en de familie (deels) kunnen teruglezen wat er is gebeurd. - overlegt met de verpleegkundige over het zorgplan van de bewoner. Bijvoorbeeld als het zelfstandig inbrengen van het gehoorapparaat of aankleden niet meer lukt. Dit zijn je arbeidsvoorwaarden Omdat jij iedere week 8-28 uur (uren in overleg) met veel positieve energie op de werkvloer staat, kun je rekenen op: - grip op je rooster; - toeslagen voor onregelmatige en weekenddiensten; - een eindejaarsuitkering van 8,33% van je bruto jaarsalaris; - een pensioenregeling bij PFZW, waarbij Omring 50 % van de premie betaalt; - 8% vakantiegeld en bijna 30 vakantiedagen als je 36 uur per week werkt; - een Omringpas waarmee je korting krijgt op allerlei verzekeringen, trainingen, workshops en services; - afhankelijk van je diploma word je ingeschaald in FWG 25 of FWG 30; Wie ben jij?
