Je ondersteunt bewoners bij ADL-taken, helpt hen zelfstandig te blijven waar mogelijk en draagt bij aan een warme en huiselijke sfeer. Over de rol Als Helpende ben jij een vertrouwd gezicht voor bewoners. In deze functie: - Ondersteun je bewoners bij persoonlijke verzorging zoals wassen, aankleden, eten en mobiliteit; - Stimuleer je zelfredzaamheid van bewoners, samen met familie en mantelzorgers; - Signaleer je veranderingen in welzijn of gedrag en overleg je dit met collega's; - Draag je bij aan een huiselijke en prettige sfeer op de afdeling; - Werk je nauw samen met het zorgteam en pak je taken zelfstandig op.
