Bij ons draait ouderenzorg niet alleen om wassen, aankleden en medicatie. Het gaat juist om alles wat het leven daaromheen waardevol maakt. Als Helpende leer je bewoners écht kennen en bouw je een band met ze op. Je werkt in diensten van 6 uur, waardoor je op een werkdag genoeg tijd overhoudt voor je leven buiten het werk. Daarnaast kun je bij Flora leren en groeien. Wij vergoeden bijvoorbeeld de Plus-module, zodat jij je verder kunt ontwikkelen. Bovendien krijg je ORT, vakantiegeld én een eindejaarsuitkering. Jouw rol gaat verder dan alleen de zorgtaken. Je kijkt naar wat iemand nodig heeft om hun leven zo prettig en vertrouwd mogelijk voort te zetten. Juist doordat je bewoners en hun naasten goed leert kennen, merk je snel op wanneer iemand bijvoorbeeld stiller is dan je gewend bent. Jij helpt met een passende oplossing, zoals samen de krant lezen, een puzzel maken, een rondje lopen of gewoon even kletsen. Jij weet wie je blij maakt met chocola en welke thee iemand graag drinkt. Met deze extra aandacht maak jij het verschil in het leven van de bewoners van Flora. Je houdt je onder andere bezig met: - Ondersteunen bij wassen, aankleden, eten en drinken. - Begeleiden van bewoners bij dagelijkse activiteiten. - Veranderingen in gedrag, gezondheid en welzijn signal...
