Je vindt het belangrijk dat bewoners zich gezien en gehoord voelen en je draait je hand niet om voor de dagelijkse zorg. Met jouw warme houding en praktische instelling maak jij het verschil in iemands dag. Herken jij jezelf hierin? Dan ben ik op zoek naar jou. Waar ga je werken? Je gaat aan de slag op een moderne en sfeervolle woonlocatie in Groningen waar ouderen zelfstandig wonen met zorg en ondersteuning dichtbij. De locatie is ruim opgezet en biedt een veilige en prettige leefomgeving, met voorzieningen zoals gezamenlijke ruimtes en activiteiten die bijdragen aan het welzijn van bewoners. Bewoners hebben uiteenlopende zorgvragen, vaak binnen de somatische en/of psychogeriatrische (PG) zorg. Dat maakt jouw werk afwisselend: de ene keer ondersteun je bij de persoonlijke verzorging zoals wassen, aankleden of eten, de andere keer help je bij het innemen van medicatie of signaleer je veranderingen in gezondheid of gedrag. Je komt terecht in een betrokken team waar samenwerking centraal staat. Collega's kennen elkaar goed, helpen elkaar waar nodig en zorgen samen voor een stabiele en fijne werkomgeving. Ondanks dat je zelfstandig werkt in de zorgmomenten, sta je er nooit alleen voor. Wat ga je doen? Als Helpende (plus) ondersteun je bewoners bij hun dagelijkse verzorging, zoals ADL-werkzaamheden, het helpen bij wassen, aankleden, eten en mobiliteit. Je zorgt ervoor dat bewoners zoveel mogelijk hun eigen regie behouden, maar waar nodig spring jij bij met zorg en aandacht. Daarnaast voer je als Helpende Plus extra taken uit, zoals het aanreiken of toedienen van medicatie volgens protocol en het observeren van veranderingen in de gezondheidssituatie van bewoners.
