Jij kiest je diensten en werkt wanneer het jou uitkomt. Vanaf €23,22 per uur + ORT-toeslagen. Je ondersteunt mensen met een lichamelijke beperking die zelfstandig wonen. Vanuit een meldkamer word je op oproep ingeschakeld wanneer ondersteuning nodig is bij persoonlijke verzorging, ADL-werkzaamheden, transfers en dagelijkse handelingen. Hierbij staat de zelfstandigheid van de cliënt centraal: de cliënt houdt de regie, jij biedt de ondersteuning. Wat ga je doen: - Persoonlijke verzorging en ADL - Transfers (eventueel met tillift) - Ondersteuning bij eten en drinken - Werken volgens de wensen van de cliënt - Bijdragen aan zelfstandigheid en kwaliteit van leven Werken op jouw manier Via het Aelio-platform kies je zelf je diensten en bepaal je je beschikbaarheid. Zo werk je flexibel binnen een professionele zorgomgeving die past bij jouw leven. Jouw talent Je bent een betrokken zorgprofessional die begrijpt hoe belangrijk zelfstandigheid en eigen regie zijn voor cliënten. Je kunt goed luisteren, stelt de juiste vragen en weet je aan te passen aan verschillende situaties en persoonlijkheden. Daarnaast beschik je over: - Een diploma Helpende Zorg & Welzijn (niveau 2). - Ervaring met ADL-zorg. - Ervaring met het werken met tilliften. - Geduld, inlevingsvermogen en verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel. - Flexibiliteit ten aanzien van wisselende diensten. - Beschikbaarheid van gemiddeld 12 uur per week is gewenst Jij haalt voldoening uit het zorgen voor anderen en begrijpt hoe belangrijk aandacht en betrokkenheid zijn in de ouderenzorg. Met jouw warme uitstraling en zorgzame aanpak zorg je ervoor dat cliënten zich gehoord, veilig en gewaardeerd voelen.
