Op een afdeling voor somatiek en PG bied je ondersteuning bij de dagelijkse verzorging en zorg je ervoor dat bewoners zich gezien, veilig en prettig voelen. De ene bewoner heeft vooral ondersteuning nodig vanwege een somatische zorgvraag, terwijl een ander juist behoefte heeft aan rust, structuur en begeleiding vanwege psychogeriatrische problematiek. Je: · ondersteunt bewoners bij de persoonlijke verzorging en dagelijkse activiteiten · helpt bewoners bij het behouden van hun zelfstandigheid · signaleert veranderingen in het welzijn en de gezondheid van bewoners · biedt structuur, rust en persoonlijke aandacht aan bewoners met een psychogeriatrische zorgvraag · ondersteunt bij het eten, drinken en mobiliteit · voert als Helpende Plus aanvullende zorgtaken uit die binnen jouw bevoegdheid en bekwaamheid vallen · werkt samen met collega's en stemt bijzonderheden zorgvuldig af. Als Helpende (plus) maak jij iedere dag het verschil. Met jouw aandacht, geduld en betrokkenheid zorg je ervoor dat bewoners ondanks hun beperkingen zo prettig en zelfstandig mogelijk kunnen leven. Wat ga je doen? Als Helpende (plus) werk je binnen de ouderenzorg in Zuidwolde met bewoners met zowel somatische als psychogeriatrische zorgvragen. Je ondersteunt bij de dagelijkse verzorging en hebt daarbij veel aandacht voor de persoon achter de zorgvraag. Bij bewoners met een PG-zorgvraag is het belangrijk dat je goed kunt aansluiten bij hun belevingswereld. Je biedt duidelijkheid, structuur en veiligheid en weet hoe je rustig en respectvol kunt omgaan met veranderend gedrag. Bij somatische zorgvragen ondersteun je bewoners bij wat zij zelf niet meer kunnen en stimuleer je hen om zoveel mogelijk zelfstandig te blijven. Je observeert goed en merkt het wanneer iemand zich anders gedraagt of wanneer de gezondheidssituati...
