Als Helpende Plus binnenDe Eigenwaard of De Vaste Burch in Rossum draag jij elke dag bij aan een warme en vertrouwde omgeving voor onze bewoners. Geef jij met jouw zorg, aandacht en gezelligheid kleur aan het leven van mensen én dat van hun naasten? Ga aan de slag bij Santé Partners en ervaar hoe mooi en waardevol dit werk is. Wat ga je doen? Als helpende plus speel jij een belangrijke rol in onze woonvormlocatie en draag je elke dag bij aan een warm en vertrouwd thuis voor de bewoners. Je bouwt een hechte band op met hen en hebt regelmatig contact met familie en naasten. Samen met jouw team zorg je voor kleur in het leven van ouderen met dementie. Concreet houd jij je bezig met: - ADL-zorg en/of handelingen waar je bevoegd en bekwaam voor bent. Denk hierbij aan het helpen met steunkousen aandoen, iemand uit bed halen of het aanreiken van medicatie. - Revalidatie en reactivering, bijvoorbeeld: ondersteunen bij dagelijkse beweging, bewoners stimuleren om zelf mee te doen bij aankleden of samen een spel spelen. - Het welzijn van de bewoners.
