Jij brengt niet alleen je kennis en vaardigheden mee, maar vooral je luisterend oor, je warme hart en je oog voor mensgerichte zorg. Jij maakt echt het verschil in het leven van de bewoners door hen met aandacht en respect te behandelen. Wat ga je doen? Je bied dagelijkse ondersteuning aan onze bewoners. Je helpt ze met hun dagelijkse activiteiten en zorgt ervoor dat ze de persoonlijke verzorging krijgen die ze nodig hebben. Je staat altijd open voor wat de bewoner nodig heeft en past jouw zorg af op hun specifieke wensen. Wanneer er vraagstukken zijn, bespreek je die samen met je collega's. Je zoekt samen naar de beste oplossing, of dat nu extra zorg of andere vormen van ondersteuning zijn. Samenwerken is belangrijk voor jou. Je deelt kennis en maakt gebruik van de sterke kanten van je collega's, zodat je de beste zorg kunt bieden. Waar ga je werken? Het Gasthuis aan de rand van de stad Gorinchem is een van onze grote locaties. Inwoners van de regio kunnen rekenen op een breed aanbod van wonen met zorg, klinische geriatrische revalidatiezorg en zorg in de laatste levensfase. Je gaat werken op onze afdeling Waterpoort. Hier wonen bewoners met een fysieke beperking ten gevolge van een CVA, Parkinson, MS, etc. Werken in de langdurige zorg gaat over warme, liefdevolle zorg voor en met bewoners en hun naasten.
