Ook als je jouw medicatie- of pluscertificaat nog niet hebt, gaan we graag met je in gesprek. Wie ben jij als Helpende Plus? Jij bent een zorgzaam type, met een diplomaHelpende Zorg & Welzijn niveau 2 aangevuld met de Plus module . Mocht je de certificaten nog niet hebben, komen we ook graag met je in contact. Je houdt van afwisseling in je werk. Het ene moment ondersteun je bij de ADL-zorg; zoals wassen, aankleden, eten en drinken en het volgende moment drink je gezellig een kopje koffie of thee met de bewoners/cliënten. Daarnaast pak je moeiteloos lichte huishoudelijke taken op. Je communiceert duidelijk, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk, en werkt goed samen met anderen. Je observeert en signaleert kleine en grote veranderingen bij de bewoner/cliënt en assisteert waar nodig de verzorgende IG, verpleegkundige en/of artsen. Of je nu in de vroege ochtend helpt bij het opstaan of in de avond bij het klaarmaken voor de nacht, flexibiliteit is voor jou geen probleem. Hierdoor speel je gemakkelijk in op veranderingen in de zorgvraag en de werkomgeving. Jij maakt als Helpende Plus actief deel uit van een team met zorgprofessionals en hebt een belangrijke rol in de uitvoering en coördinatie van de ondersteuning, verzorging en verpleging. Je maakt afspraken over de zorg met de bewoners/cliënten en familieleden en vindt het belangrijk dat deze ook worden nagekomen.
