The posting

Helpende (Plus) in de wijk - regio Zevenaar, Duiven, Westervoort en Doesburg Wat ga je doen als Helpende (Plus)? Geen dag is hetzelfde, je weet immers nooit wat je achter de voordeur aantreft. Maar ook de combinatie van traditionele zorgmomenten met intensieve begeleiding geeft de nodige afwisseling in je werk. Het is dé plek waar je echt de tijd krijgt voor de cliënt. De dagen zien er ongeveer zo uit: - Je start om 07.00 uur bij verschillende cliënten met meer traditionele zorgtaken (ADL, medicatie en ondersteunen bij het opstarten van de dag). - In de loop van de ochtend verschuift het werk steeds meer naar een combinatie van zorgtaken en begeleidingsactiviteiten. Je maakt een ommetje, doet samen boodschappen of ondersteunt bij de bereiding van een gezonde maaltijd en andere huishoudelijke zaken. Sommige momenten bij een cliënt duren wel twee uur! - De avonddienst start in de loop van de middag hier verschuift de nadruk langzaamaan weer naar de avondzorg en het afsluiten van de dag. Waar kom je te werken? Op dit moment is ons team nog klein, de wens om te groeien groot. Omdat de vraag in de Liemers groeit, hebben we jou hard nodig! Je gaat aan de slag in een veelzijdig gebied dat de gemeenten Zevenaar, Duiven, Westervoort en Doesburg omvat. De zorgvragen zijn hier net zo divers als de omgeving: het ene moment bezoek je een cliënt in een stadscentrum, het volgende moment rijd je naar het buitengebied of een van de omliggende dorpen. We werken in deze regio vanuit drie kantoren in Zevenaar, Duiven en Doesburg. Dit zijn de centrale ontmoetingsplekken waar collega's binnenlopen voor een kop koffie, een gezellig praatje of om te overleggen over complexe casuïstiek. In onze teams hebben we oog voor elkaar, staan we altijd klaar om elkaar te helpen en heerst er een open, fijne werksfeer. Wat breng je mee als Helpende Plus? Je hebt een scherp oog.
