Waar ben je naar op zoek? Vakantiekracht Helpende Uren per week 0-uren Locatie Loosdrecht / Hilversum 10-03-2026 Contracttype: Bepaalde tijd Functiewaarderingsgroep 25 Wat ga je doen? Als vakantiekracht Helpende in onze flexpool ben je een onmisbare schakel voor onze cliënten met psychogeriatrische aandoeningen (PG), somatische klachten (Somatiek) en niet-aangeboren hersenletsel (NAH). Je werkt op verschillende afdelingen en locaties in Loosdrecht, Hilversum of Kortenhoef. Je ondersteunt onze cliënten met hun dagelijkse verzorging. Je bent een belangrijk onderdeel van het zorgproces en werkt nauw samen met collega's om de beste zorg te leveren. Wie ben jij? - Je bent in het bezit van een diploma Helpende (niveau 2). En je hebt bij voorkeur al enige ervaring met en kennis van onze doelgroepen (PG, Somatiek en NAH). - Ben je studerende voor niveau 3 of 4 dan stimuleren we jou om ook te solliciteren. - Je bent zelfstandig, flexibel en kunt goed inspelen op de wisselende behoeften van onze cliënten. - Je hebt een warm hart voor de zorg en onze ouderen. - Je bent communicatief vaardig en kunt goed samenwerken in een team. - Je hebt behoefte aan de maximale regie over je eigen planning.
