Bij Hof op Zuid zetten we ons iedere dag in voor een warm en vertrouwd thuis voor onze 130 bewoners. Als Helpende Zorg & Welzijn speel jij daarin een belangrijke rol. Tijdens de avonddienst (14:30 - 23:00 uur) ondersteun je bewoners bij hun dagelijkse verzorging, help je tijdens de maaltijden en geef je persoonlijke aandacht waar dat nodig is. Werk je in de nachtdienst (22:45 - 07:15 uur)? Dan zorg jij ervoor dat bewoners de nacht zo prettig en rustig mogelijk doorkomen. Je loopt je rondes, biedt ondersteuning wanneer iemand wakker wordt en bent er met een luisterend oor of een helpende hand. Of je nu werkt op een PG-afdeling, waar bewoners met dementie wonen, of op de somatische afdeling, waar lichamelijke zorg centraal staat: jij draagt bij aan een veilige, comfortabele en fijne leefomgeving.
