Je ondersteunt hen bij alledaagse activiteiten, zoals wassen, aankleden en eten, en stimuleert hen om zoveel mogelijk zelf te blijven doen. Naast de dagelijkse zorg heb je oog voor het welzijn van de bewoners. Je maakt een praatje, biedt een luisterend oor en geeft extra aandacht wanneer dat nodig is. Samen met je collega's zorg je voor een warme, huiselijke omgeving waarin bewoners én hun naasten zich welkom voelen. Je werkt in een betrokken team van verpleegkundigen, verzorgenden en woonassistenten. Samen zorgen jullie ervoor dat iedere dag waardevol is voor de bewoners. Waar ga je werken? Talma Hûs is een woonzorglocatie waar mensen met dementie wonen en de ondersteuning krijgen die zij nodig hebben in het dagelijks leven. Iedere bewoner beschikt over een eigen (slaap)kamer en maakt gebruik van één van de negen gezamenlijke huiskamers. Hier brengen bewoners een groot deel van de dag samen door en staan ontmoeting, gezelligheid en persoonlijke aandacht centraal. Talma Hûs is onderdeel van Kwadrant. Kwadrant is een sterke netwerkpartner in de ouderenzorg in Fryslân. Oprechte aandacht, deskundige en persoonsgerichte zorg zijn de basis van ons denken en doen. Dit ben jij - Je hebt een mbo-diploma Helpende of Helpende Plus (niveau 2); - Je bent een aanpakker, betrokken en staat altijd klaar voor een ander; - Je bent gewend om verschillende diensten op verschillende tijden te werken; - Je hebt bij voorkeur ervaring met de zorg voor mensen met dementie en/of lichamelijke beperkingen; - Je weet een warme, vertrouwde omgeving te creëren waarin bewoners zich echt thuis voelen.
