We hebben veel verschillende locaties en doelgroepen van cliënten die bij ons wonen. Elke locatie en team is uniek en geen dienst is hetzelfde! Je kan op verschillende plekken een kijkje in de keuken nemen en je kennis en kunde verbreden. De perfecte manier om in korte tijd jouw zorg horizon en werkervaring te verbreden binnen diverse doelgroepen. Als helpende (plus) in de Flexpool kan je aan de slag op de afdelingen: - Somatiek - PG - Thuiszorg - Revalidatie Wat breng je mee - Een diploma helpende of helpende plus; - Flexibiliteit in je karakter, je weet goed in te spelen op verschillende situaties; - Maar ook flexibel in je beschikbare werkdagen, werktijden en in je inzetbaarheid op onze verschillende locaties; - Humor en passie voor de ouderenzorg; - Een zorgzaam karakter en een gezonde portie geduld; - Enthousiasme om je te blijven ontwikkelen en mee te groeien met de organisatie.
