The posting

Zuyderland Medisch Centrum Helpende of Verzorgende nachtdienst in Echt Voor afdeling Limburgs Land zijn we op zoek naar een helpende of verzorgende (C of IG) voor voornamelijk nachtdiensten. We zijn een nieuwe combinatie afdeling met 22 appartementen voor cliënten met een psychogeriatrische indicatie zijn en 14 appartementen voor verzorgingshuisbewoners. Onze bewoners vallen onder behandeling van de huisarts of van de verpleeghuisarts. Dit maakt werken op onze afdeling dynamisch en vol uitdagingen. Wie ben jij? Je hebt een zorghart en wilt graag een stapje extra doen voor onze cliënten, om niet alleen hun dagelijks leven te verrijken maar ook een diepere betekenis aan jouw werk te geven. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor zorgtaken op jouw bevoegdheidsniveau (Helpende Zorg en Welzijn mbo-2, Verzorgende C mbo-3 of Verzorgende IG mbo-3). Wat maakt dit werk bijzonder? - Je bouwt letterlijk en figuurlijk mee aan een nieuwe afdeling en team; - Je werkt in een moderne, recent verbouwde werkomgeving; - Je draagt bij aan een prettige woonomgeving en welzijn van bewoners; - Je hebt invloed op werkprocessen en de manier waarop jullie samenwerken. - Een contract voor (on)bepaalde tijd; - Een contract voor 20 uur tot 28 per week waarbij je voornamelijk in nachtdiensten wordt ingezet. Wanneer je meer dan 21,5 uur werkt, word je volgens de arbeidstijdenwet in overleg ook in andere diensten ingepland. - Salarisinschaling op basis van CAO Ziekenhuizen; - Helpende: FWG 25 (€2.630,- tot €3.382,- bruto per maand op basis van 36 uur per week) - Verzorgende C: FWG 30 (€2.630,- tot €3.548,- bruto per maand op basis van 36 uur per week) - Verzorgende IG: FWG 35 (€2.630,- tot €3.724,- bruto per maand op basis van 36 uur per week) - Een aantrekkelijke vakantietoeslag (8,33%...
