Je stimuleert hen om zoveel mogelijk zelf de regie te houden en geeft oprechte, liefdevolle aandacht. Daarnaast help je bij de maaltijden, doe je lichte huishoudelijke taken en bied je dat beetje extra persoonlijke aandacht dat het verschil maakt in het leven van een bewoner. En natuurlijk is er tussendoor tijd voor een gezellige bak koffie met je collega's. Dit vragen wij van jou - Je werkt graag in de ouderenzorg en je hebt hierin al enkele jaren ervaring. - Je hebt het diploma helpende niveau 2 of je zit in het 2e leerjaar hbo-verpleegkunde of in het 3e leerjaar mbo-verpleegkunde. - Je bent flexibel inzetbaar. - Wij vinden het belangrijk dat je onze missie en visie onderschrijft, jij herkent of respecteert de christelijke identiteit van onze organisatie.
