Dan is onze flexpool precies wat je zoekt! Bij Respect bepaal jij voor een groot deel zelf wanneer, waar en hoeveel je werkt. Je hebt de vrijheid van flexibel werken, maar wél met de zekerheid van een dienstverband, een vast salaris en de mogelijkheid om jezelf te blijven ontwikkelen. Wat ga je doen? Als Helpende in onze flexpool is geen dag hetzelfde. Je werkt op verschillende afdelingen en locaties en maakt kennis met verschillende bewoners en collega's. Jij hebt de regie over je werk. Er staan openstaande diensten klaar waarop je zelf kunt reageren. Zo bepaal je je eigen rooster en kun je je werk goed combineren met je privéleven. Je kunt onder andere kiezen voor: - Zelf reageren op openstaande diensten die bij jou passen; - Zelf je beschikbaarheid bepalen en aangeven wanneer je wel of niet wilt werken; - Werken op verschillende locaties in Den Haag en Scheveningen; - Afwisselen tussen PG- en Somatiek-afdelingen; - Werken in de ochtend, avond, nacht of op andere momenten die bij jou passen. Je hebt dus volop vrijheid en afwisseling, zonder dat je daarvoor via een uitzendbureau hoeft te werken. De vrijheid van flexibel werken, de zekerheid van Respect Flexibel werken betekent bij ons niet dat je er alleen voor staat. Je bent gewoon in loondienst bij Respect. Dat betekent dat je profiteert van de zekerheid en voordelen van een dienstverband, terwijl je tegelijkertijd veel vrijheid houdt in wanneer en waar je werkt.
