Als helpende in onze flexpool ben je inzetbaar op verschillende afdelingen binnen De Burcht en werk je mee in uiteenlopende diensten. Hierdoor ontmoet je veel collega's, leer je verschillende doelgroepen kennen en draag je bij waar jouw inzet op dat moment het hardst nodig is. Geen dag is hetzelfde, maar je werkt wel binnen een vertrouwde omgeving waar je bewoners en collega's leert kennen. Jij ziet verandering als een uitdaging en voelt je snel thuis in verschillende teams. Met jouw betrokkenheid, warme persoonlijkheid en oog voor de bewoners draag je iedere dag bij aan een prettige en vertrouwde woonomgeving.
