Dit ga je doen als helpende bij Het Haavenhuis in Hellevoetsluis Goed, er moet natuurlijk ook gewerkt worden. Bij ons wonen en leven de maximaal 22 bewoners zoveel mogelijk zelfstandig. Jij ondersteunt wanneer ze wél een beetje hulp nodig hebben. Met uit bed komen, de studio schoonhouden of gewoon met een praatje. Jij weet wanneer je wel of juist niet moet helpen, omdat je elke dag goed kijkt en luistert. Zo zorg je er samen met jouw collega's voor dat elke bewoner zich prettig voelt en kan doen wat hij of zij graag wil. Jij: - hebt een afgeronde opleiding Zorg en Welzijn niveau 2 (of vergelijkbaar) en/of ruime ervaring als helpende bij een zorgorganisatie; - hebt hart voor de zorg voor ouderen met een vorm van geheugenverlies; - steekt je handen graag uit de mouwen, hebt inlevingsvermogen, bent alert en geduldig.
