Helpende - flexibel werken

Een glimlach, een goedemorgen, even helpen met opstaan of samen een kop koffie drinken. Het zijn kleine momenten, maar voor bewoners betekenen ze ontzettend veel.

Als Helpende ben jij een vertrouwd gezicht. Je ondersteunt bij de dagelijkse verzorging, maar hebt vooral oog voor de mens achter de zorgvraag. Je maakt tijd voor een praatje, stimuleert bewoners om zelf te doen wat ze kunnen en merkt het wanneer iemand extra aandacht nodig heeft.

Je werkt op een sfeervolle en levendige woonzorglocatie in een groene omgeving. Hier wonen mensen met verschillende zorgvragen. Geen dag is hetzelfde en jouw werk is iedere dag betekenisvol.

Wat ga je doen?

Je ondersteunt bewoners bij de dagelijkse verzorging.

Je biedt een luisterend oor en zorgt voor een fijne, vertrouwde sfeer.

Je stimuleert zelfstandigheid en kijkt naar wat iemand wel kan.

Je werkt samen met collega's aan persoonlijke en goede zorg.

Dit ben jij

Je hebt een diploma Helpende niveau 2 of bent tweedejaars student Verzorgende IG of Verpleegkunde.

Je hebt hart voor de zorg.

Je bent betrokken, geduldig en positief.

Je ziet de persoon achter de zorgvraag.

Je werkt graag samen en neemt initiatief.
