Wil jij jouw ervaring en aandacht inzetten op een plek waar ouderen zich écht gezien voelen? Voor een betrokken en professionele woonzorgorganisatie zoeken wij een Helpende Plus die met zorg, rust en oprechte interesse wil bijdragen aan het dagelijks welzijn van bewoners.

Je gaat aan de slag op twee sfeervolle woonlocaties in Oegstgeest, op loopafstand van elkaar. Dat betekent afwisseling in je werk, maar ook de kracht van één hecht en overzichtelijk team. Een omgeving waar jouw aanwezigheid ertoe doet en waar je werkt vanuit aandacht, vertrouwen en respect.

Als Helpende Plus ondersteun je bewoners bij hun dagelijkse verzorging en begeleiding volgens het zorgleefplan. Je kijkt niet alleen naar wat iemand nodig heeft, maar ook naar wat iemand nog wil en kan. Zelfstandigheid stimuleren, signaleren wanneer iemand niet lekker in zijn vel zit en een moment van oprechte aandacht bieden, dat is precies waar jij het verschil maakt.

Je werkt in vroege diensten van 07:00 tot 15:00 uur of late diensten van 15:00 tot 23:00 uur. Een fijne balans voor wie graag langere diensten draait en daarmee extra rustmomenten tussen werkdagen heeft. Je werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit:

- Het bieden van persoonlijke verzorging en begeleiding; - Het signaleren en rapporteren van veranderingen in welzijn en gezondheid; - Het nauwkeurig bijhouden van het digitale zorgdossier; - Het ondersteunen van bewoners en naasten in verschillende fases van ouder worden; - Het bewaken en verbeteren van de kwaliteit van zorg. - Je komt terecht in een team waar samenwerking vanzelfsprekend is en waar ruimte is voor zowel jouw ideeën als jouw groei.

Je past goed bij deze functie als je:

- Beschikt over een diploma Helpende Zorg & Welzijn niveau 2; - Voor Helpende Plus een erkend Plus-certificaat hebt volgens de geldende richtlijnen; - Positief, energiek en betrokken bent; - Affiniteit hebt met de ouderenzorg; - Makkelijk contact legt met bewoners en hun naasten; - Zelfstandig kunt werken en vera
