Norschoten zoekt een Helpende / helpende plus (Kweekweg, Barneveld) Werken als helpende en bij ons geschoold worden tot helpende plus? Dat kan! Informatie uren in overleg Locatie Kweekweg, woningen 5-8 (somatiek) Barneveld Werken bij Norschoten Van hart tot hart. Zo werken we bij Zorgorganisatie Norschoten. Dat merk je in de zorg die we geven, in de aandacht voor bewoners en cliënten én in hoe we met elkaar omgaan. De relatie staat centraal. Met bewoners, cliënten, naasten en collega's. Elke dag weer. Wat ga je doen? Je ondersteunt de cliënten bij de dagelijkse verzorging en zorgt dat ze zich verzorgd en schoon voelen. Dat doe je met ADL-zorg. Je stimuleert cliënten in wat ze zelf kunnen en ondersteunt hen bij wat niet (meer) gaat. Als helpende assisteer je bij risicovolle en voorbehouden handelingen en als helpende plus verricht je zelfstandig handelingen waarvoor je bevoegd en bekwaam bent. Je geniet ervan om bij te dragen aan het creëren van een huiselijke en gastvrije sfeer. Je helpt cliënten bij het eten en drinken. Je kunt als helpende met aanvullende scholing op jouw kennisniveau doorgroeien naar helpende plus. Norschoten biedt jou hiervoor mogelijkheden. Jouw werkplek Locatie Kweekweg heeft twaalf woningen en een hospice. We bieden warme zorg aan cliënten met een somatische ziekte of aandoening en mensen met dementie. Je gaat werken bij de woningen 5-6 of 7-8 (somatiek). Bij woningen 5-6 wonen meerdere mensen met de ziekte van Parkinson. De werktijden voor woningen 5-6 zijn 7.00-10.45 uur, 7.00-14.45 uur, 16.00-22.45 uur. Voor de woningen 7-8 zijn de werktijden 7.00-10.00 uur, 7.15-15.00 uur, 16.15-23.00 uur. Dit bieden we je: - Salaris minimaal € 2.599,21 en maximaal € 3.410,16 bruto per maand bij 36 uur, volgens de cao VVT (FWG 25 helpende, FWG 30 helpende plus). - 8% vakantiegeld en 8,33% eindejaarsuitkering. - Ruimte om te leren en jezelf te ontwikkelen met een breed leeraanbod. - Samen roostere...
