Soms zit goede zorg juist in de kleinste dingen. Even tijd maken voor een praatje. Of precies weten hoe iemand zijn koffie het liefst drinkt. Voor onze locatie Juliana zoeken we een Helpende of Helpende Plus die begrijpt dat goede ouderenzorg niet alleen draait om wat iemand nodig heeft, maar vooral om wie iemand is. Bij Juliana wonen ouderen met een psychogeriatrische zorgvraag. Daarom kijken we naar wat bewoners nog zelf kunnen, waar ze plezier aan beleven en wat voor hen belangrijk is in het dagelijks leven. Als Helpende of Helpende Plus heb jij daarin iedere dag een belangrijke rol. Met jouw zorg, aandacht en betrokkenheid help je bewoners om zoveel mogelijk hun eigen leven te blijven leiden. Als Helpende ondersteun je bewoners bij hun dagelijkse verzorging en welzijn. Je helpt bijvoorbeeld bij het wassen en aankleden, eten en drinken en andere dagelijkse activiteiten. Je kijkt naar wat iemand zelf nog kan en stimuleert bewoners om zoveel mogelijk de regie over hun eigen leven te behouden. Soms betekent dat dat iets wat meer tijd kost. Die tijd en aandacht kunnen juist het verschil maken. - Ondersteunt bewoners bij de persoonlijke verzorging en ADL; - Hebt oog voor het welzijn en de persoonlijke wensen van bewoners; - Observeert en signaleert veranderingen in gezondheid, gedrag en welzijn; - Bespreekt bijzonderheden met je collega's en legt deze vast in het zorgdossier; - Werkt samen met verzorgenden, verpleegkundigen, familie en andere betrokkenen; Bij Juliana vinden we de verbinding tussen zorg en welzijn belangrijk. Een fijne dag bestaat tenslotte uit meer dan goede lichamelijke verzorging. Daarom kijk je ook naar wat iemand graag doet, waar iemand behoefte aan heeft en hoe we samen kunnen bijdragen aan een betekenisvolle dag. Dan kun je nét dat beetje extra betekenen.
