Als Helpende in de ouderenzorg zorg je ervoor dat de ouderen de zorg krijgen die zij nodig hebben. je zult je met name bezig houden met de verzorging van hen. dit zijn dan met name adl handelingen zoals het helpen wassen, kleren aantrekken, tandenpoetsen en haren kammen. naast de adl handelingen moet je ook zelfstandig kunnen werken met tilliften. Je hebt bij ons verder de keus of je liever binnen een instelling werkt of via de thuiszorg. Heb jij liever een combinatie hiervan, dan is dat ook goed mogelijk! Jouw voorkeur is onze leiddraad. Jij hebt of kunt: - diploma helpende zorg & welzijn MBO niveau 2 - recente werk- of stage ervaring in de ouderenzorg - zelfstandig alle adl handelingen uitvoeren - zelfstandig met tilliften werken Het aanvragen van een VOG en het opvragen van een referentie zijn een vereiste voor de sollicitatie procedure.
