Jouw uitdaging Jij kiest je diensten en werkt wanneer het jou uitkomt. Wij hebben locaties in Raamsdonksveer, Geertruidenberg en Altena. Verdien vanaf €22,31 per uur + ORT-toeslagen.

Jij bent iemand die energie haalt uit het zorgen voor anderen en graag werkt in een omgeving waar menselijkheid centraal staat. Als Helpende in de ouderenzorg werk je in een zorginstelling waar je dagelijks bijdraagt aan het welzijn van ouderen. Jij ondersteunt cliënten in hun dagelijkse leven en zorgt voor structuur, rust en persoonlijke aandacht op belangrijke momenten van de dag. Geen dag is hetzelfde, omdat je steeds inspeelt op de behoefte van de cliënt. Je begrijpt dat kleine momenten in de ouderenzorg groot verschil kunnen maken.

Wat je doet: - Ondersteunen bij persoonlijke verzorging (ADL-zorg) en dagelijkse routines - Helpen bij mobiliteit, steunkousen en toiletmomenten met aandacht en respect - Signaleren van veranderingen in gezondheid, gedrag en welzijn van cliënten - Zorgen voor een veilige, warme en vertrouwde leefomgeving binnen de zorginstelling
