Jouw werkdag als helpende begint met een warme overdracht van collega's, waarna de focus direct verschuift naar de persoonlijke begeleiding van de bewoners op verschillende locaties in Rijswijk. Tijdens de dienst worden cliënten ondersteund bij algemene dagelijkse levensverrichtingen (ADL), zoals het wassen, aankleden en het zorgvuldig aanreiken van medicatie. Er is tussen de verzorgingstaken door altijd tijd voor een praatje of een luisterend oor, terwijl veranderingen in de gezondheidstoestand scherp worden gesignaleerd en gerapporteerd in het zorgdossier. Omdat er via de flexpool wordt gewerkt, variëren de afdelingen en teams continu, wat elke dag weer een frisse dynamiek en nieuwe leerervaringen met zich meebrengt. De dienst eindigt met de wetenschap dat de cliënten de beste zorg hebben gekregen, waarna de eigen planning voor de komende periode weer volledig flexibel en naar eigen wens kan worden ingevuld.
