Wij zoeken jou! Jij bent een Helpende+ die energie krijgt van persoonlijk contact en warme zorg. Je weet hoe belangrijk een glimlach, een luisterend oor en een helpende hand kunnen zijn voor bewoners. Jij ziet de mens achter de zorgvraag en zorgt ervoor dat bewoners zich iedere dag prettig en veilig voelen. Herken jij jezelf hierin? Dan zijn wij op zoek naar jou!

Waar ga je werken? Je komt te werken op een kleinschalige woonlocatie in Zuid-Holland waar persoonlijke aandacht centraal staat. De bewoners wonen in een huiselijke omgeving en kennen elkaar goed. Samen met jouw collega's zorg je voor een warme sfeer waarin bewoners zich thuis voelen.

Wat ga je doen? Als Helpende+ ondersteun je bewoners bij de dagelijkse verzorging en begeleiding. Je helpt bij het opstaan, wassen, aankleden en eten en drinken. Daarnaast voer je de aanvullende handelingen uit die binnen jouw bevoegdheden vallen. Je signaleert veranderingen bij bewoners en schakelt tijdig met collega's. Dankzij jouw betrokkenheid maak jij iedere dag het verschil.

Wat verwachten we van jou? Jij bent een gediplomeerd Helpende+ met een warm hart voor de ouderenzorg. Je bent sociaal, betrokken en weet bewoners op hun gemak te stellen. Je werkt graag samen met collega's, maar kunt ook zelfstandig goed uit de voeten. Daarnaast heb je oog voor de behoeften van bewoners en draag je actief bij aan een prettige leefomgeving.
