Via Maandag® ga jij aan de slag als Helpende binnen een kleinschalige woonvorm voor mensen met dementie. In deze groepswoningen wonen acht bewoners samen in een omgeving die voelt als een gewoon huishouden. Iedere bewoner heeft een eigen zit-/slaapkamer en er is een gezamenlijke huiskamer en keuken. Alles is ingericht met oog voor rust, herkenning en veiligheid. Samen met jouw collega's zorg je ervoor dat bewoners niet alleen goede zorg krijgen, maar vooral een fijn leven hebben. Jij zorgt voor een fijne, veilige en huiselijke sfeer waarin bewoners zich écht thuis voelen. - Je ondersteunt bij de dagelijkse verzorging (ADL), zoals wassen, aankleden en eten; - Je stimuleert bewoners om zo zelfstandig mogelijk te blijven; - Je onderneemt samen met bewoners activiteiten en zorgt voor een gezellige daginvulling; - Je signaleert veranderingen in het welzijn van bewoners en bespreekt dit met collega's; - Je werkt volgens het zorgplan en draagt bij aan het behalen van persoonlijke doelen.
