- Helpende (medicatie) flex Flexbureau Helpende (medicatie) flex Lekker met je eigen fiets, auto of lopend naar de verschillende locaties in Zwartewaterland! De ene keer zie je de zon opkomen als je in Hasselt naar je werk gaat, de andere keer vervang je een zieke medewerker in Genemuiden of Zwartsluis. Iedere dag is anders en dat is precies wat jij leuk vindt. Je doet ervaring op, leert veel collega's en bewoners kennen en je geniet ervan dat iedere locatie zijn eigen charme heeft. Kom dit ontdekken bij onze Flexpool Zwartewaterland! In het kort: - Afroepcontract - Bepaalde tijd met intentie tot vast - Zwartsluis, Flexbureau Wat ga je doen? Je gaat werken als Helpende (medicatie) onze Flexpool. Hier is het werk divers en biedt veel mogelijkheden; - je leert veel en doet werkervaring op bij verschillende afdelingen en locaties; - je stemt samen zo goed mogelijk af op jouw beschikbaarheid; - je hebt veel invloed op jouw rooster; - er is de mogelijkheid om door te stromen naar een vaste plek bij een team óf gebruik te maken van onze opleidingsmogelijkheden. Bij IJsselheem kennen wij de functie Helpende (medicatie). Je voert hierbij de ADL-handelingen uit en deelt medicatie. De medicatie betreft baxtermedicatie en andere niet risicovolle medicatie. Voor deze functie heb je minimaal een diploma Helpende Zorg en Welzijn nodig. Daarmee kun je via een korte cursus van twee dagen opgeleid worden om medicatie te delen . Heb je al een diploma Helpende p lus ? Dan kun je direct aan de slag als Helpende (medicatie) . Waar ga je werken? Je komt te werken in de regio Zwartewaterland op de locaties in Hasselt, Zwartsluis en Genemuiden. Jij gaat werken in de zorgteams die tijdelijk behoefte hebben aan de inzet van extra medewerkers. Hierbij kan je denken aan ziekte, zwangerschapsverlof of vakantie. Je werkt dus op verschillende locaties in Zwartewaterland. Hierdoor kunnen cliënten van IJsselheem rekenen op de zorg die ze nodig hebben en is...
