Jouw werkverantwoordelijkheden zijn Je helpt bewoners uit bed en ondersteunt hen bij het wassen, aankleden, tijdens de maaltijd of met het van steunkousen. Samen met mantelzorgers en familieleden kijk je naar wat de cliënt nog goed zelfstandig kan en hoe je dit zo goed mogelijk kunt blijven stimuleren. Voor de naasten van de cliënt ben jij een belangrijk aanspreekpunt, wat jou een belangrijke emotionele verantwoordelijkheid toekent. Ook rust er een behoorlijke verantwoordelijkheid op jouw schouders en signaleer en rapporteer je veranderingen in de gezondheid van de bewoners. Daarnaast bespreek je geregeld jouw bevindingen met Verzorgenden IG en verpleegkundigen. Jij beschikt over - Diploma Helpende (niveau 4) of een vergelijkbaar diploma; - Geldig VOG of bereidheid om deze aan te vragen (kosten worden vergoed); - Proactief met oog voor detail; - Zelfstandig en goed in teamverband werken; - Een hart voor de zorg, mensgericht en respectvol. Van ons krijg je - Bruto maandsalaris tussen € 2.455 en € 3.124 (op basis van een fulltime dienstverband); - 25 vakantiedagen per jaar (op basis van 40 uur) plus 8,33% vakantiegeld; - 8,33% eindejaarsuitkering; - Wekelijkse betaling van je salaris; - Goede pensioenregeling; - Vast contactpersoon vanuit igen Zorg voor persoonlijke begeleiding; - Reiskostenvergoeding of de mogelijkheid tot een leaseauto; - Onregelmatigheidstoeslag conform CAO VVT; - Uitgebreide opleidingsmogelijkheden, gefinancierd door igen Zorg, voor verdere ...
