Op deze locatie, gesitueerd aan de Doorniksestraat 150-152, zijn 47 ruime, zelfstandige studio-appartementen ontwikkeld. Deze zijn bestemd voor cliënten met een somatische zorgbehoefte, die zelfstandig en met privacy willen wonen. In De Eshoeve-residentie bieden wij een bijzondere combinatie van wonen, welzijn en zorg. De kwaliteit van leven met respect voor de individuele cliënt staat centraal in De Eshoeve-residentie. Het accent in de zorgverlening ligt op het zoveel mogelijk voortzetten van het gewone leven door onder andere het stimuleren van de zelfredzaamheid. Dit vraagt om een grote mate van flexibiliteit en zelfstandigheid van de medewerkers. Voor deze mooie locatie 'Verpleeghuis De Eshoeve Residentie' in de groene wijk Belgische Park in Scheveningen hebben wij ruimte voor een Helpende niveau 2 (20 tot 24 uur per week). Wat ga je doen/over de functie: Als Helpende niveau 2 help je de bewoners bij de ADL handelingen en moedig je hen hierbij aan om zoveel mogelijk zelfstandig te doen. Daarnaast maak je op een prettige manier contact met de bewoners en geeft hen net dat beetje extra aandacht wat zo belangrijk is. Je signaleert bijzonderheden en bespreekt dit met je collega's.
