Als Medewerker Ontmoetingscentrum niveau 2 bij Florence ondersteun je bezoekers tijdens hun dag op het ontmoetingscentrum. Je helpt bij activiteiten, biedt gezelligheid en structuur en hebt aandacht voor wat iedere bezoeker nodig heeft. Je werkt samen met je collega's aan een prettige omgeving waarin bezoekers zoveel mogelijk zichzelf kunnen zijn, actief blijven en contact met anderen kunnen hebben. Heb jij een opleiding op mbo-niveau 2, bijvoorbeeld Helpende Zorg & Welzijn, of een vergelijkbare opleiding? Dan nodigen we je van harte uit om te reageren! Dit ga je doen - Je begeleidt verschillende activiteiten en stimuleert bezoekers om mee te doen. - Je zorgt voor een gastvrije en gezellige sfeer. - Je biedt persoonlijke aandacht en een luisterend oor. - Je ondersteunt bezoekers bij het behouden van structuur in hun dag. - Je stimuleert bezoekers om actief te blijven en sociale contacten te onderhouden. - Je helpt waar nodig bij praktische werkzaamheden rondom activiteiten en de dagelijkse gang van zaken. - Je signaleert veranderingen in het welzijn van bezoekers en bespreekt deze met collega's. - Je draagt bij aan een veilige, vertrouwde en prettige omgeving.
