Als helpende of helpende plus kom je te werken bij Evean Rietvelden. Deze locatie bestaat uit een groep van 12 Kleinschalige woningen. In iedere woning wonen 8 mensen met dementie. De woningen zijn verdeeld over drie torens in de wijk Wormerveer, waarbij we er naar streven om het leven zo vanzelfsprekend en prettig mogelijk voort te zeten zoals de bewoners dat vroeger in hun eigen woonomgeving deden. We bieden belevingsgerichte zorg; wij sluiten zoveel mogelijk aan bij hoe de bewoner met dementie de wereld om zich heen ervaart.

Verbindend; wanneer jij bij Evean in dienst treedt krijg jij:

*Een parttime contract voor 12-24 uur per week voor de duur van 12 maanden en uiteraard met de intentie om dit te verlengen (direct een vast contract (vaste aanstelling) behoort zeker tot de mogelijkheden); *Salaris in FWG 25 of FWG 3
