Voor onze psychogeriatrische afdelingen Uerdingen en Oosterschuur, locatie Oostergouw , zoeken wij een enthousiaste collega die onze bewoners met passie ondersteunt in hun dagelijkse zorgbehoefte. Je komt terecht in een leuk en dynamisch team waar men oog heeft voor elkaar. Trots; waar ga jij werken: Jouw nieuwe werkplek is bij Evean, locatie Oostergouw in Zaandam. Op deze locatie bieden wij zorg en welzijn aan diverse doelgroepen, zoals revalidatie, Korsakov, somatiek, psychogeriatrie en een gedragsobservatieafdeling. Je komt te werken op de PG-afdeling Uerdingen óf Oosterschuur, afhankelijk van jouw voorkeur en het beste teamfit. Op onze psychogeriatrische afdelingen Uerdingen en Oosterschuur staat het welbevinden van bewoners met dementie centraal. We stimuleren hen in hun zelfstandigheid, bieden ondersteuning waar nodig en creëren een leefomgeving die zoveel mogelijk aansluit bij hun thuissituatie. Het team, bestaande uit helpenden, verzorgenden en verpleegkundigen, zorgt samen voor zorg op maat en een veilige, warme omgeving voor de bewoners.
