Iemand die bewoners niet alleen helpt met de dagelijkse zorg, maar ook zorgt voor een glimlach, een luisterend oor en een gevoel van thuis. Je weet hoe belangrijk het is om er écht te zijn, juist ook in de kleine momenten. Je bent flexibel, springt bij waar nodig en houdt altijd oog voor de ander. Of je nu net begint of al jaren ervaring hebt: jouw inzet maakt het verschil.

Waar ga je werken? Wil jij werken op een warme locatie in Amsterdam Nieuw-West waar zorg en welzijn hand in hand gaan? Als Helpende maak je écht het verschil. Je werkt in een hecht team en draagt dagelijks bij aan het welzijn van onze bewoners op een somatische of psychogeriatrische afdeling of juist flexibel door het hele huis. Wij kijken samen met jou naar wat het beste past.

Wat ga je doen? Je ondersteunt bewoners bij hun dagelijkse verzorging en welzijn. Afhankelijk van je voorkeur werk je op een vaste afdeling of ben je flexibel inzetbaar binnen de locatie. Je helpt bij het creëren van een warme, huiselijke sfeer waarin bewoners zich veilig en gezien voelen. Bij uitval van collega’s spring je graag bij en je weet dat jouw team er net zo voor jou is. Dankzij de samenwerking met kwaliteitsverpleegkundigen krijg je de kans om elke maand bij te leren en te groeien in je vak.

Wat verwachten we van jou? - Een afgerond diploma Helpende Zorg & Welzijn (niveau 2); - Je bent enthousiast, positief en draagt bij aan een goede teamsfeer; - Je bent flexibel inzetbaar en bereid om zo nodig diensten over te nemen.

Wat kun je van ons verwachten? - Werken bij de allerleukste werkgever van het land; - Een vast aanspreekpunt bij Daan, zodat je altijd weet waar je aan toe bent; - Passend salaris conform cao VVT met gunstige ORT regeling; - Reiskostenvergoeding van 0,23 cent per km met de auto of volledig vergoed met ov; - Een fietsplan, met een gave fiets van Roetz x Daan of Phatfour E-bike!
