Je krijgt een** **vast contract op oproepbasis**. **Kom jij bij ons binnen?*** ZorgThuis Tholen Oproep Tholen en Sint-Maartensdijk Einddatum: 30/10/2026 **Waar kom je binnen?*** Met ZorgThuis ondersteunen we cliënten in hun eigen vertrouwde omgeving. Dat doen we op verschillende plekken in Tholen, zoals woonzorgcentrum Buitenhof (Zwink) in Tholen en het Lint, Dalemhof en Maartenshof in Sint-Maartensdijk. Daarnaast zijn we actief in de omliggende wijken, waar mensen zelfstandig wonen. Wat deze baan extra aantrekkelijk maakt? Je gaat werken in een hecht team waarin iedereen elkaar kent, ondersteunt en met plezier samenwerkt. Met andere woorden, je collega's staan altijd voor je klaar en de sfeer is warm en ontspannen. **Wat ga je doen?*** Jouw belangrijkste werkzaamheden als Helpende Plus binnen ZorgThuis zijn: - Bieden van zorg en ondersteuning aan zelfstandig wonende cliënten - Bevorderen van de zelfredzaamheid - ADLzorg, medicatiezorg en ondersteuning bij sondeof katheterwisselingen - Signaleren van veranderingen in de behoeften van cliënten - Afstemmen van de zorg in overleg met de wijkverpleegkundigen De werktijden zijn lekker afwisselend. We hebben een dagdienst van 7.00 tot 15.00 uur. De ochtenddiensten starten om 7.00 uur en lopen tot 11.00 of 12.00 uur. De lange avonddienst duurt van 15.00 tot 23.00 uur. Soms begint je avonddienst wat later, namelijk om 17.30 uur. Wat breng je mee? - Diploma Helpende Plus Wat bieden we je? - Het uurloon ligt tussen € 17,02 en € 21,79 bruto per uur (FWG 30).
