Waar jij het verschil maakt Als Helpende (Plus) ben jij meer dan een zorgverlener: je bent te gast bij onze cliënten thuis en je treft achter elke deur een ander persoonlijk verhaal met een unieke zorgvraag. Hierdoor is iedere zorgvraag verschillend, wat jouw werk dynamisch maakt. Je begint je dagdienst bijvoorbeeld met het helpen van een cliënt bij het uit bed halen, douchen en aankleden en sluit je late dienst af met het ondersteunen bij het wassen, de toiletgang en het aanbrengen van oogdruppels. Ben je in het bezit van het keuzedeel Helpende Plus? Dan voer je ook licht verpleegtechnische handelingen uit, zoals het verzorgen van rode wonden, katheterzorg, het werken met tilliften en andere hulpmiddelen. Wat jouw werk echt bijzonder maakt, is dat je niet alleen zorg verleent, maar ook altijd kijkt hoe je de zelfredzaamheid van onze cliënten kunt stimuleren en vergroten door bijvoorbeeld het inzetten van zorgtechnologie. Je stemt de ondersteuning nauwkeurig af met de Wijkverpleegkundige, waarbij je oog houdt voor de wensen en mogelijkheden van de cliënt. Merk jij veranderingen op in de gezondheidssituatie? Dag leg je dit vast in het zorgplan en rapporteer je dit ook aan jouw Wijkverpleegkundige.
