Wij zoeken jou! Jij bent een Helpende (plus) die met aandacht en betrokkenheid werkt in de zorg. Je vindt het belangrijk dat bewoners zich gezien en gehoord voelen en haalt voldoening uit het ondersteunen in hun dagelijkse leven. Met jouw warme houding en praktische aanpak ben jij een onmisbare schakel in het team. Herken jij jezelf hierin? Dan ben ik op zoek naar jou.

Waar ga je werken? Je gaat aan de slag op een kleinschalige en huiselijke woonzorglocatie in Assen waar ouderen wonen met verschillende zorgvragen. De locatie is gericht op comfort, veiligheid en welzijn, zodat bewoners zoveel mogelijk hun eigen leven kunnen blijven leiden. Bewoners hebben ondersteuning nodig bij hun dagelijkse verzorging, en soms ook bij meer specialistische zorgtaken. Dat maakt jouw werk afwisselend: je helpt bij ADL-taken zoals wassen, aankleden en eten, ondersteunt bij medicatie en voert, binnen je bevoegdheden, lichte verpleegtechnische handelingen uit. Je komt terecht in een betrokken en professioneel team waarin samenwerking centraal staat. Collega’s kennen elkaar goed, denken met elkaar mee en zorgen samen voor een fijne werksfeer. Daardoor sta je er zelfstandig in je werk, maar nooit alleen.

Wat ga je doen? Als Helpende (plus) ondersteun je bewoners bij hun dagelijkse verzorging, zoals wassen, aankleden, eten en mobiliteit. Je stimuleert hen om zoveel mogelijk zelf te blijven doen, maar biedt ondersteuning waar nodig. Daarnaast voer je extra taken uit binnen je bevoegdheden, zoals het aanreiken of toedienen van medicatie en het uitvoeren van lichte verpleegtechnische handelingen. Je observeert bewoners nauwkeurig en signaleert veranderingen in gezondheid, gedrag of welzijn. Je bent een vertrouwd gezicht op de locatie en zorgt voor rust, aandacht en structuur in het dagelijks leven van bewoners. Ook rapporteer je bijzonderheden en stem je af met collega’s zodat de juiste zorg op het juiste moment wordt geboden.
