We zorgen hier met veel plezier voor 26 cliënten met psychogeriatrische en/of somatische problematiek. Groenendaal wordt binnenkort gerenoveerd zodat we straks 31 cliënten een fijn en warm thuis kunnen bieden. Onze medewerkers welzijn organiseren veel aantrekkelijke activiteiten op het Leefplein van Groenendaal. En ook bij Groenendaal hebben onze PG-bewoners een eigen huiskamer en werken we met een aparte nachtdienst. Doen - Zorg op maat leveren aan de bewonders die ons huis hun thuis noemen - De sleutel zijn tot persoonlijke en warme zorgverlening en een goede teamsfeer - Je houdt je bezig met de ondersteuning van de dagelijkse activiteiten, zoals persoonlijke verzorging en welzijn activiteiten - Verfijnen van werkprocessen en samen met je team werken aan de toekomst - Ondersteuning bieden aan de Verzorgende IG en Verpleegkundige, als dat nodig is Kunnen - MBO niveau 2 diploma en de module Helpende Plus medicatieveiligheid - Je doet je werk met plezier, niet omdat het moet, maar omdat het in je zit - Uren bepalen we in overleg met jou. Hierdoor is er voldoende ruimte om jouw werk/privé balans te bewaren. - Werken in wisselende diensten, tussen 7:00 en 23:00 uur - Een (roze) hart voor ouderen - Als zij-instromer of herintreder ben je ook van harte welkom Krijgen - VAST contract - Bruto salaris van €2.663,54 - €3.410,16 (fulltime) per maand volgens de cao VVT FWG 30 - 8% vakantiegeld, 8,33% eindejaarsuitkering en reiskostenvergoeding - Goede pensioenregeling, aanvullende arbeidsongeschiktheidsverzekering en korting op een aanvullende zorgverzekering - 237,4 verlofuren (= ruim 6,5 week) per jaar (op fulltime basis) - Elke (werk)dag de moeite waard met ons vitaliteitsprogramma ...
