Helpende Plus Careyn Woerden Careyn Woerden is op zoek naar een Helpende Plus - Fulltime, Parttime - MBO - € 3410 - € 2663 per maand Wat ga je doen? Binnen de somatische afdelingen ondersteun je bewoners bij persoonlijke verzorging zoals wassen, aankleden en naar het toilet gaan. Ook het delen van medicatie volgens protocol hoort bij jouw rol als Helpende Plus. Door goed te observeren signaleer je veranderingen in het welzijn van bewoners en bespreek je dit met collega's. Met jouw aanwezigheid breng je structuur, veiligheid en persoonlijke aandacht, en zorg je samen met het team voor een prettig woon- en leefklimaat op de afdeling. Wat vragen wij? - Je ondersteunt bewoners graag bij hun dagelijkse persoonlijke verzorging. - Je kunt medicatie delen volgens protocol en veranderingen in het welzijn van bewoners signaleren. - Je bent betrokken, rustig en hebt aandacht voor de bewoners. - Je werkt graag samen met collega's. Wat bieden wij? - Salaris volgens cao VVT, FWG 30: € 2.663 - € 3.410 (o.b.v. 36 uur). - Direct een vast contract voor 16 tot 36 uur per week. - Reiskostenvergoeding, 8% vakantietoeslag en 8,33% eindejaarsuitkering. - Mogelijkheid om gebruik te maken van het meerkeuzesysteem, zoals extra verlof of een fietsregeling. - Toegang tot o.a. HeyCoach, budgetcoach en DigiCoach voor jouw ontwikkeling. - Bij Careyn krijg je meer dan de arbeidsvoorwaarden uit de cao VVT.
