Werken bij Pantein Helpende Plus Thuiszorg Cuijk In overleg € 2.599 / € 3.410 Wat ga je doen? Als helpende plus in de thuiszorg maak je onderdeel uit van het team dat samen verantwoordelijk is voor de zorg aan de inwoners van regio Cuijk. Je wordt ingezet om onze cliënten te helpen zo lang mogelijk zelfstandig thuis te kunnen blijven wonen. Als helpende plus in de thuiszorg zijn je werkzaamheden onder meer: - Stimuleren, begeleiden en verzorgen van onze cliënten; - Ondersteuning bieden op het gebied van algemeen dagelijks levensverrichtingen (ADL); - Op orde houden van het cliëntendossier. Wat vragen we van jou? - Een diploma helpende (niveau 2) met een aanvullend keuzedeel helpende plus; - Affiniteit/ervaring in de ouderenzorg is een pre; - Je bent in staat om zelfstandig en probleemoplossend te werken; - Je hebt een professionele werkhouding en je staat de cliënten correct en respectvol te woord; - Een Verklaring Omtrent het Gedrag (VOG) is vereist voor deze functie. De kosten die je maakt voor deze aanvraag worden door ons vergoed. Wat bieden we jou? - Geen gebroken diensten, maar diensten van 6 of 8 uur. - Het salaris wordt, afhankelijk van leeftijd en ervaring, ingeschaald in FWG 30 van de cao VVT (minimaal € 2.599,- / maximaal € 3.410,- bruto per maand bij een 36-urige werkweek); - Een goede pensioenregeling, vakantiegeld 8% en een eindejaarsuitkering van 8,33% (bijna gelijk aan een 13de maand); - In eerste instantie ontvang je een tijdelijk dienstverband voor een jaar, met uitzicht op een vaste aanstelling bij wederzijds goedbevinden; - Een baan in een veelzijdige organisatie; - Een fijne start.
