Voor een zorgorganisatie in de omgeving Overvecht zijn wij op zoek naar een zorgzame en enthousiaste collega. In deze functie ondersteun je bewoners bij hun dagelijkse verzorging en activiteiten. Je hebt daarbij oog voor wat iemand nodig heeft en zorgt ervoor dat bewoners zich prettig en gehoord voelen. Als Helpende Plus heb je daarnaast een belangrijke rol bij het verstrekken en delen van medicatie volgens de geldende richtlijnen.
