Bij Anna Ouderenzorg voeg jij geluksmomenten toe aan de dag. Je sluit aan bij de belevingswereld, wensen en mogelijkheden van iedere bewoner en stimuleert waar mogelijk de eigen regie. Met betrokkenheid, humor en in samenwerking met familie, mantelzorgers en collega's maak jij het verschil. Daarnaast werk je binnen een lerende organisatie waar innovatieve hulpmiddelen je ondersteunen in je dagelijkse werkzaamheden. Je werkplek: Anna Heide in Geldrop is een warme, kleinschalige woonomgeving waar we samen zorgen voor mensen met een psychogeriatrische zorgvraag. Je werkt in een hecht en betrokken team, met korte lijnen en veel aandacht voor elkaar én voor de bewoner. Daarbij maken we gebruik van de nieuwste domotica en werken we met leefsferen die aansluiten bij het dagelijks leven van de bewoners. Samen kijken we naar wat iemand nog wél kan en wat belangrijk is, zodat bewoners zich veilig, gezien en thuis voelen. Bekijk ook eens ons huis via deze video. Wat breng je mee? Jij bent iemand die niet alles wilt overnemen, maar wel alles ziet. Behalve een diploma mbo Helpende (plus) of een diploma MMZ aangevuld met ADL, zijn wij vooral benieuwd naar wie je bent en wat jij onze bewoners en collega's te bieden hebt. Wat bieden we je? Het aantal uren op contract zal in overleg worden overeengekomen. Marktconform salaris Salariëring vindt plaats conform de Cao Verpleeg- en Verzorgingshuizen en Thuiszorg. Ben je Helpende? Dan is je functie ingeschaald in salarisschaal 25 (min. € 2.599,- max. € 3.233,- bruto per maand o.b.v. een werkweek van 36 uur). Ben je Helpende plus? Dan is je functie ingeschaald in salarisschaal 30 (min. € 2.663,- max. € 3.410,- bruto per maand obv een 36-urige werkweek).
