Helpende Plus (Gemeente Lingewaard en Nijmegen- Noord) Jij maakt van een gewone dag een waardevolle dag Bij RijnWaal Zorggroep geloven we dat welzijn niet iets extra's is naast zorg. Welzijn zit in alles wat we doen. Daarom zoeken we meerdere collega's Helpende Plus die verder kijkt dan de zorgtaak alleen. Iemand die bewoners kent, ziet wat belangrijk voor hen is en samen met anderen bijdraagt aan een leven dat bij hen past. Werken vanuit de bewoner Iedere bewoner heeft een eigen verhaal, eigen mogelijkheden en eigen wensen. Daarom kijken we eerst naar wat iemand zelf nog kan en belangrijk vindt. We ondersteunen waar nodig en versterken waar mogelijk. We betrekken familie, naasten en vrijwilligers actief bij het leven van onze bewoners. Niet omdat het moet, maar omdat een betekenisvol leven ontstaat door verbinding met de mensen en de wereld om iemand heen. Als Helpende Plus ben jij daarin een belangrijke schakel. Samen maken we het verschil Bij RijnWaal werken we integraal. Dat betekent dat zorg, welzijn, horeca, huishouding, vrijwilligers en naasten samen verantwoordelijk zijn voor een fijne woon- en leefomgeving. Je werkt dus niet alleen vóór bewoners, maar vooral mét bewoners en samen met iedereen die belangrijk voor hen is. Iedere collega brengt vanuit zijn eigen deskundigheid iets waardevols mee. Samen zorgen we voor de juiste ondersteuning op het juiste moment. Wat ga je doen? Als Helpende Plus ben jij dichtbij de bewoners en zie jij wat er speelt. Je ondersteunt bij de dagelijkse zorg en helpt bewoners om zoveel mogelijk zelf de regie over hun leven te houden. Je kent hun gewoontes, voorkeuren en behoeften en gebruikt die kennis om iedere dag persoonlijk en betekenisvol te maken. Je: - ondersteunt bewoners bij persoonlijke verzorging en dagelijkse activiteiten; - voert zorgtaken uit passend bij jouw opleiding en bevoegdheden; - verstrekt medicatie volgens de geldende richtlijnen; - signaleert veranderingen en bespre...
