Dan zijn wij op zoek naar jou! Voor onze locatie Transwijk zoeken wij namelijk dringend extra ondersteuning. Uren zijn bespreekbaar. Als Helpende Plus ondersteun je onze bewoners bij de dagelijkse verzorging en draag je bij aan een fijne en veilige woonomgeving. Je helpt bij ADL-werkzaamheden, verstrekt medicatie volgens protocol en hebt oog voor het welzijn van de bewoners. Dankzij jouw persoonlijke aandacht en betrokkenheid maak je iedere dag het verschil. Wat bieden wij: - Direct een vast contract: Bij Vecht en IJssel krijg je direct een vast contract, zodat jij zeker bent van jouw plek in ons team.

- Salaris: Je salaris is conform cao VVT, tussen € 2.663,54 en € 3.410,16 per maand bij een 36-urige werkweek (FWG 30).

Extra’s waar je blij van wordt: - Eindejaarsuitkering van 8,33% – een mooie bonus om het jaar mee af te sluiten.

- Vakantietoeslag van 8% – Vakantie is ook belangrijk toch?

- Reiskostenvergoeding van €0,25 per km – ongeacht waar je vandaan komt.

Wat breng jij mee? Wij zoeken een Helpende Plus met: - Een diploma Helpende Zorg en Welzijn niveau 2 met aanvullend een Helpende Plus certificaat/medicatiecertificaat.

- Ervaring binnen de ouderenzorg.

- Inlevingsvermogen, zelfstandigheid, oog voor detail en teamspirit.
