Jij bepaalt zelf welke beschikbare diensten passen bij jouw agenda. De opdrachtgever werkt vanuit een visie waarbij de kwaliteit van leven van cliënten centraal staat. Daarbij wordt gekeken naar wat iemand zelf kan, waar ondersteuning nodig is en welke rol het sociale netwerk kan spelen. Zelf als het kan, Thuis als het kan, Digitaal als het kan. Wat ga je doen? Als Helpende Plus ondersteun je cliënten bij persoonlijke verzorging en dagelijkse activiteiten. Daarnaast voer je binnen jouw bevoegdheid aanvullende zorgtechnische handelingen uit. Je signaleert veranderingen, rapporteert bijzonderheden en werkt samen met collega's om passende zorg te bieden. Wat breng jij mee? - Een diploma Helpende Zorg & Welzijn, aangevuld met een Helpende Plus-certificaat. - Een geldig VOG. - Je werkt zelfstandig en verantwoordelijk. - Je communiceert duidelijk. - Je hebt affiniteit met ouderenzorg.
