Wij zoeken jou! Hé Helpende! Ben jij graag het lichtpuntje in de dag van jouw cliënt? En bezorg jij iedereen een glimlach op het gezicht terwijl je de beste zorg levert? Dan ben ik op zoek naar jou!

Waar ga je werken? Voor een toonaangevende organisatie in de provincie Groningen zijn wij op zoek naar een helpende. Op meerdere locaties is plek; samen kijken we waar jij het beste tot je recht komt. Daan staat voor een wereld vol leuke banen en gelooft in uitmuntend werkgeverschap. In een persoonlijk kennismakingsgesprek bespreken we jouw wensen en interesses qua reisafstand, type instelling en teamsamenstelling. Daan houdt van transparantie en goede communicatie, zoals bij het afstemmen wanneer en waar je wilt werken. Je gaat uiteraard voor een langere periode bij één instelling aan de slag. Zo kun je goed aarden en een fijne band opbouwen met cliënten en collega's.

Wat ga je doen? Als Helpende ondersteun je de cliënten bij hun algemene dagelijkse levensverrichtingen en maak je hun leven een stukje makkelijker. Het is van belang dat je dit doet met een groot verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel, enthousiasme en een leuke vlotte babbel. Een fijne vertrouwensband tussen jou en de cliënt is ook een belangrijk onderdeel van jouw werk. Je mag zelf bepalen hoe veel uur je wilt werken. Je kunt dit werk ook mooi combineren als bijbaan naast je studie of je vaste baan!

Wat verwachten we van jou? - Je beschikt over een afgeronde opleiding tot Helpende (of bent in opleiding tot HBO-V of Geneeskunde); - Je hebt (stage)ervaring in de ouderenzorg; - Je beschikt over goede communicatieve en sociale vaardigheden; - Je bent minimaal 16 uur beschikbaar; - Je bent flexibel en beschikt over een groot verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel.
